Hostmon does not refesh tests anymore after the server runs

Dear support,

our KS Hostmonitor does not refresh the tests anymore after a few minutes that the server is running.

We use the KS Hostmon in version 11.36 on a windows server 2012 R2.
I had the same problem this morning with the version 11.32. Because of this I have updated to the current version.

The RCC or the hostmon it self can be controlled but it performes no tests.

Can you help me out?
