|
|
Hi Support,
after the update to 10.70 I cannot monitor our Sensatronics EM1 with the test method temperatur monitor.
I get as reply: Cannot retrieve data from the host
Do you have any idea how I can solve this?
Thank you in advanced.
Bye, Robert |

Windows? Service Pack?
HostMonitor started as service or application?

Hi Alex,
The hostmonitor is running as a service on a Windows Server 2012R2 Version 6.3 (Build 9600) |

Try to add URLTestMode=0 into [Misc] section of hostmon.ini file and restart HostMonitor.
Another solution: I think you may use SNMP Get test method and OIDs like
1.3.6.1.4.1.16174.1.1.3.3.1.4.0
1.3.6.1.4.1.16174.1.1.3.3.2.4.0
1.3.6.1.4.1.16174.1.1.3.3.3.4.0
1.3.6.1.4.1.16174.1.1.3.3.4.4.0
Regards

Perfect! the modification of the hostmon.ini solved the problem for me with the temperature test method. |
