HDD SMART test

Hi,

Recently we bought a new HP server with disk enclosure. I want to use the HDD S.M.A.R.T. test to monitor the disks in the disk enclosure. HostMonitor tells me the HDD S.M.A.R.T. test is Not Supported.

Can you tell my why it is not supported?

What HostMonitor version do you use?
Do you want to use RMA agent to perform this test?
What RMA agent version and type (Active or Passive) do you use?

I use HM 10.30 and I don't use RMA. Should I use RMA for this test?

May we see test settings?
You may export test item settings into text file using menu File -> "Export to Text file"
