Sometimes several interruption mails are sent

Hello,

We have Hostmonitor (9.58) with alert profile
Action profiles :
Send e-mail after 20 consecutive Bad status actions = Send mail KO
Send e-mail after 20 consecutive Good status actions = Send mail OK

But sometimes we have:
after 20 consecutive Bad status actions = Send mail KO
Between 16 and 19 consecutive Good status actions = No Mail
Immediately after, 20 consecutive Bad status actions = Hostmonitor Send mail KO again
Can you please help me .

This is correct behavior.
You have specified "Send Good e-mail only after 20 consecutive Good statuses".
In your case, test gets only 16 - 19 Good statuses then switches to Bad status.
According to your settings, Good e-mail should not be sent.

Yes, But it is a bad email which is sent again after 20 bad status actions.
In fact, we have sometimes 2 consÃ©cutives bad email.

Then test changed status to Ok?
Then test changed status to bad and failed 20 times in a row again?
Yes, you will receive 2 "bad" notifications. Don't see anything wrong here.

If you get 22 Bad statuses, 3 Good statuses then 20 Bad statuses - you'll get 2 Consecutive Bad alerts. That is correct behaviour.
