Hi there,

I placed an order for an additional RCC license a couple of weeks ago but haven't heard anything since.

I've also tried contacting you via e-mail but got no reply.

It's really strange to me because support has always been first rate in the past. I'm beginning to wonder if my e-mails have been reaching you.

I'd be grateful if you could help out with the issue please.

We received your request today and replied. Sorry, we did not receive any other e-mails from your address. Probably you used different mailbox before?
What target address did you use? support@ks-soft.net?

Hi Alex,

It could be that then - my primary SMTP address has changed to a new domain.

Can you confirm what address your reply would come from please? I haven't had any e-mail so perhaps our spam filter has taken it.
