The limit for "Start when XX consecutive "Bad" results occur" seems to be limited to 32. Is there some type of programming limitation or is it just an arbitrary number?

I'm trying to set up a fairly extensive list of actions based on how long it has been since the test first went bad. One of my actions needs to occur at least one hour into the outage and with the current system, I can get only 32 minutes (test runs every minute). Would there be a possibility of changing that to allow a larger number or am I just missing a way to do it with my current options?
