Is it possible to create a test wich informed about disconected terminal sessions?

Not sure. I think you can use Performance Counter test to monitor number of sessions but its not exactly what you need? One user can terminate session but another user opens new session and counter will not be changed. Sorry, I don't see good solution.

IMHO this topic does not fit "Problems and Bugs" forum. Would be better to post this message into "Installation & configuration" or "Wish list" forum.

Thanks for the answer, but I found a solution:
You have to create a external program test with the following input:
quser.exe /server:XXX |find /i "disc" and the alert option is=to errolevel 0
