Under User | GUI preferences... | Columns, a wide assortment of columns are available for display in the Test Detail Area of the screen.

However, is it possible to display an arbitrary comment number here? For example, could I choose to display "CommentLine13"?

Sorry, there is no such option.
We have this task in "to do" list, low priority

+2 on this. The main comment I want to see is #6, but there is no way to add that column to the GUI.
