I have contacted sales and support several times and have yet to have an acknowedgement.
I am the network manager at a large educational establishment and am trying to find out why our installation of Host Monitor has been blacklisted.
Please could you look into our problem as a matter of urgency before we take custom elsewhere. I would have expedited this if it weren't for the quantity of tests that we would have to re input on another system.
I find this completely unacceptable from a company boasting to have Cisco and Microsoft amongst its clients.

Company name? Registration name?
If you licensed under "Eastbourne College" registration name, then your license was canceled a while ago because "refund has been issued as the result of notification from the credit card holder that this charge has been placed fraudulently".
In other words, we refund money and canceled license because your organization claimed this transaction is a fraud.
We did licence under Eastbourne College and were unware that this had happened For this we are sorry. However I did email over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any acknowledgement from KS-Soft support or sales.
