I've been using AHM this since around 2004 (?) and I've been exposed and worked with numerous mainstream enterprise monitoring tools.

What always impresses me - and why AHM is the leader its its field - is the configurability. It is just fantastic and allows Op's teams to monitor virtually anything with completely customised parameters.

Just fantastic. Well done!
