|
|
Hello
We use RCC together with HM (ver. 8.54).
Normally when logged in to RCC you can see the result of the test, together with the recurrences. When restarting HM service all the test is now displayed as unknown and the recurrences counter is reset to 0.
Hmmm is this normal? |

If you have disabled "Store statistics in HML file" and "Store Recurrences in HML file" options then it is normal.
(options located on Preferences page in the Options dialog)
Also you may check options located on Service page in the Options dialog. Normally there is "When service being stopped save changed in HML file" option enabled.

If you set statistics counters to 0, this will not help you. 0 or 1 needs the same amount of space.
You can disable "Store historical data in the file" option to reduce file size (menu File -> Properties) but then you will not be able to create SLA reports.
What is the problem with file size? You are out of free space on hard drive? I don't think your HML file is 50GB.. is it?

Hello
It is not a space problem on the hdd
Just want to know if there are any tools or "secret" command to dump all the statistical data from the HML file. |
