Audit of user action

Can you do some logs (text file or ODBC better) with audit data of all user action (change options,refresh test,acknowledge, generate report,delete test - all of actions).
May be in that format
|Datetime|HMUser|Action|Object of Action|

|2010-04-21 15:00|admin|Disable alert|Monitoring - Alert|
|2010-04-21 15:30|admin|Change test Option|Test - 'TestName'|
|2010-04-21 15:30|admin|Refresh test|Test - 'TestName'|
May be some log level (High,Medium,Low)
As I now you have only audit of user logon,logoff and action of test. May be that row write to database too.
