HostMonitor is started as service?
Then
1) make sure you are using default "local system" account when setup service using Windows Services applet.
2) specify account with admin rights (preferably local admin, not domain) on Service page in HostMonitor Options dialog.

Thanks for the reply!!
Now it is working as an executable, however services (hostmonitor, web service and rma) could not. At system log, it has an error that "is not a valid Win32 application". I could not fix this service problem so i can not test whether the "execute external command" profile is working. What should i do with this problem?

Do you mean you can start HostMonitor, Web Service and RMA as application but you cannot start any of these components as service???
