Hello
I would like to compare two snmp values and get a procent value? The values are counters of packets.
Does someone have the soultion for that problem.

I think you want to compare two different counters? Its a problem..
Or you just want to compare current and previous value of the same counter? Its not a problem at all. Use "alert when OID xxx changes by xx %" option.

What device do you want to monitor? I can send list of objects supported by Windows. But different network devices have different extensions. In this case you should ask vendor of that device. Or just look in Internet
