Im trying to run a VBscript that supplies mailbox size for a certain group of users. I can enumerate the users via LDAP but when I try to retrieve the mailbox size (via MAPI.Session) for the users I am getting login errors.

I guess it has to do with HM running under the SYSTEM account, since I can run the script without any problems under a locally logged on user account.

Any idea?

You can specify the same user account on Service page on the Options dialog.

Thanks. I know I can change the account on the Service page to a Domain Account which has the proper rights, but then I cannot access HM anymore because the Service setup does not allow to a service other than the local system to be interactive (access the desktop).

Regards, J.

Sorry if I was not clear. But I am not talking about account that you can setup using standard Services application. This account should be "local system" account. I am talking about internal HostMonitor's settings. Please check Service page in the Options dialog (HostMonitor's dialog).
