good morning
I have a curious problem and i am quite sure you can help me
i have an profile which do the following thing :
in case of bad status :
1) first it reduce the time interval.
there is no schedule for this action and it works fine
2) send a message to the technician
Condition to start action : normal mode
start when 3 consecutive bad results occur
repeat 1 time
This one as a Time restirction ( no send from 22h00 to 6h00 )
deferred action is checked...
at 6 am , i don't recieve the email (even if in the log there was a problem at 5.03 am)
May be i have something wrong....
Any help would be appreciated

How many times test item failed in a row? 3? or just 1 or 2?
If test failed 3 times in a row then please read the following article and check your system log file and settings

Hello
3 times : there is a special issue about these 3 times ?
and i don't see something special.
I think i put the right parameters too because i tested it on another schedule time and it works... |

In your case, yes. You said you are using "start when 3 consecutive bad results occur" option.
So, you cannot find mistake? No errors in system log file? Then you may send your configuration files to us, we will check the settings. Please send all *.LST and*.INI files and HML file with tests.
What version of HostMonitor do you use?

It seems that the fact that i have to send you all the logs does effect....
I have no more this issue...
