Hi All,

First, thanks Alex for this wonderfull product.

I am some how confused about the status changing in this 3.12

Can the "good status action" be dependent on "bad status action" ? So if the alert of the bad action had been trigered then the good status performs ?

Assueme we have a downtime for just 1 period, the action of bad status has been set to 3. So the bad action doesn't trigered, But when it goes to good status after 1 bad period, whether or not the alert has been trigered for bad status, the alert of good status will be triggered. e.g we receive emails that the server is up, however we have not received any alert that it was down ! we want to have some sort of tolerance on this so if a person reboots the system we don't get alerts .. on version 1.7 we didn't have such a problem .. Am I missing something here ?

Thanks

Roozbeh,

Yes, it can. In version 3.12 I added new option: "Action depends on 'bad' one". This option has "good" actions only.

Regards
Alex
