Is there a way to customise the generated report? Not so much on the contents but the title and logo.

No problem. Set "use external header" option and specify HTML file with your logo and title. You can find example of HTML header in directory "Examples".
Unfortunatelly I don't know what version of HostMonitor do you use. In case of HostMonitor 1.7x this option located on "HTML report options" page in the Options dialog. In case of HostMonitor 3.xx look at Report manager (menu Profiles->Report profiles).
