Hi
I need to get more accurate results for "dead time".
I need results with 4 digits after the decimal point .
Sample
Instead off 99.99% I need 99.9888%.

How to do it?

Regards

If you need some option, please use "Wish list" forum.
Use "Problems and bugs" when something works incorrectly

Alex, It's fine to correct a new user as to where a certain request should be posted, but csk026 had no way of knowing this wasn't a problem/bug.
At least answer the question while you're correcting him!

Its definately not a bug so why we should continue to use wrong forum?
What every new customer see on 1st page of this forum? There is over 3000 posts about bugs!! It must be terrible software!! Right?
While most of these questions are not related to any bugs...

We already made new version of Log Analyzer for csk026 but I will not continue this conversdation in this forum.

Regards
Alex

Alex:

I would worry more about the way your treating your paying customers then what is or isn't in the correct forum.

Maybe asking you to answer the question and move it to the correct forum is to much for you.

For the record you have a qreat product your responses SUCK!

I was shocked when I read this.

Sorry, I do not understand what exactly "shocked" you? I asked to post question in correct forum. That's it. What is wrong with this? Did I use any rude words? I don't think so.
You don't need to spend an hour to copy&paste your message. You need just 1 minute.
Also, if you find just 1 shocking post from me (its 80 days old post so I assume you have checked all other posts as well), that's 7430/1 good/bad ratio. Have you considered this?
BTW We implemented requested option within 1 week. Is that bad support?

Do you know how many inrelated posts we have in this forum? Thousands! We will need to spend a month to move all posts to correct forum.
Probably the best way to stop this conversation is to close this forum at all, create "configuration and maintenance" forum, Move most of topics to that forum and create "Bug reports" forum. I am sure we will see unrelated topics in "Bug reports" forum as well but may be in less numbers...
