Problem with Test Method - PROCESS

I am having trouble with the test method Process, I am attempting to monitor a Process on my local as well as remote servers using this method.

The test works fine when Host Monitor is launched as a probgram, however, when I launch it as a service the tests do not work they report as unknown.

Host Monitor Version is 7.18
OS is Win 2K3 Standard Edition SP1 ( on all servers)

Have you specified account with necessary rights on Service page in the Optiosn dialog?

But this account may not have all the necessary permissions, so some tests will not work correctly (UNC test, "disk free space" test for shared drives, "CPU Usage" test for remote machines, etc). If you need these tests, you will need to assign a special user account on the Service page in the Options dialog. In this case HostMonitor will impersonate the security context of the user. Do not change the account using the system utility "Services". If you do so, HostMonitor may be unable to interact with the desktop.
