Bad test is red, but the tree structure is not red?

Post by fve »

Hi

I have a tree structure with all my test, the mother folder is Root.

In the test folder under root I have some test returning bad status, they are markt red!

But the tree structure from root and out to the test is not red, why?

Is it come corrupt config file or just me?

It is a correct behavior. When you expand whole folders tree, you are able to see what exact folders contains "bad" tests at once. Do not see a reson to mark each top-level folder as "Bad". If you collapse some subfolders, the top-level folder will be marked read as well.

Hi

Max maybe I explain it bad.

No folder is red, only the items in the folder containing the bad test is red?

But some days ago the behaver was what I expect, if a test is bad(red) the folder is red too. But suddenly only the items is red?

I suppose, you just should click on "Use color palette" button on the toolbar (small button with three intersected circles above the folder tree).

Although HostMonitor is a powerfull, flexible and complex system, it is pretty easy-to-use and intuitive software. Hope you enjoy using our software. ;-)

BTW. There is a printable manual in MS Word format (manual.doc) located in HostMontor's folder. Also you may use online manual, available at our site: http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mframe.htm
