Test is performed by agent? I assume you forgot to update RMA.
You may copy agent manually from RMA-Win\ subfolder to remote systems or you may use RMA Manager to update all installed RMA at once http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/rma-manager/index.htm#how_upgrade

Error 32 means "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process". Looks like some third party software, like antivirus locked this RMA agent.
Another possible reason - you are trying to copy one rma.agent onto itself.

On the other hand, this may happens when you are trying to send "working" exe module to remote systems. Better don't do that. If you need to have running agent on the same system where Advanced Host Monitor package in installed, then you can make a copy of the folder (RMA-Win folder) and used that copy for upgrade proceduce.

Regards,
Max
