Rma license question

Rma license question

Hello,

We have hostmonitor version 6.42c Enterprise edition with 100 rma's.
A few months ago i have installed the hostmonitor on a new server and added the license to hostmonitor which is accepted.

But the rma manager which is if i understand correctly free for this hostmonitor version but keeps asking me for a serial which i don't have.

How can i resolve this issue?

If you have purchased Enterprise license then you have received several registration codes
1) code for HostMonitor, RMA and RCC
2) code for Log Analyzer
3) code for RMA Manager
4) code for IP-Tools
If you lost registration codes, please send request to sales@ks-soft.net, we will send you a copy
