Active RMA setup

Hello,

I am setting up Active RMA and have connection probems.

In the RMA Manager agent shows up correctly; both to RMA manager and HM seem to be connected. Staus is Operable and I see connection established in the Accept Active RMA on TCP port 5057

In the agent rma_active.exe I see Yellow "Connected to RMA Manager" and red "HM is not connected" - Obviously this is the problem.

I cannot figure this out. In HM Options I have Accept Connections from active RMA on TCP port 5056 and have set accept connection from any IP Address.

I saw post from adam_morris refering to:

"OK - sorted now - needed to accept active connections ion settings!!"

But this does not help as I thing I have settings correct and I don't know what Icon he is referring to.

If HostMonitor shows "connected" status while agent displays "HM is not connected", I would assume you have started 2 RMA with the same name.
If I am wrong could you please send screen shots to support@ks-soft.net? So we will understand the problem more clear
