Question about ntwdblib.dll for SQL2000

Hi,

When I want to monitor MSSQL database, it first show me my server ntwdblib.dll is missing. Then I copy the dll from my SQLserver to the hostmonitor server but still doesn't help.

And then I tried with the mssqltest.exe

it shows me the error

Error: Db-library network communications layer not loaded.
Error xx

How can I solve it?

I think, you have to download an install the latest MDAC from the Microsoft. If it will not help, you should install the MS SQL client on the machine, where HostMonitor is running.

Thx, it's solved once I've installed MDAC2.8 for this machine
