Cannot send SMS

I Have HM 6.8 installed and have a Nokia32 GSM modem connected with the PC through COM2. I installed the modem in windows and i can query the modem succesfully, however I cannot sent SMS messages through HM.

I am having the following error when trying to send a test message.
Sending...
Com port open .. Ok
GSM modem initialization .. Ok
Error: Cannot send message to +35699******. GSM modem error. +CMS ERROR: 500 "Unknown error" was returned on AT command: AT+CMGS=24>0001000B915396491921F500F00CD4F29C0E6A97E7F3F0B90C
Com port close .. Ok
GSM modem deinitialization .. Ok

My SMS settings are as follows
Primary GSM Modem
COM Port Com2
Baud rate 19200
Modem Type Nokia 6210
Mode PDU
PIN ****
Service Centre +356941816

Can you pls advice if the Modem I am using is compatable with HM and if so, can you suggest a possible solution.

It is hard to say your modem is compatible because we do not have such modem in our environment. Could you try to select 'Modem Type" as Nokia 6650 and Nokia 9110? These models have a bit different AT commands set and probably might be used with your modem.

If it does not help, please send request to support@ks-soft.net and I will send you the test program, that should help us to figure it out.
