Its possible to crash HM in the following way:
1. Create an alert profile, which includes a report generation action for a specified folder.
2. Delete the specified folder
Whenever the action is performed, HM will crash with a dr watson.
Of course it has no sense creating a report for a non existing folder, but when you make a mistake (like me) its hard to find what happened.
Is it possible for HM to include a 'check on startup' option, which will check all settings (just once) and their relationships. This would be convenient to track down your mistake and it would prevent you from starting HM as a service which would crash 'randomly'
HM Crashes

HostMonitor checks settings before performing any operation. Its very important because user/script (in future versions: remote user) can remove any resource (e.g. Master test, folder, color scheme, report profile, etc) at any time.
But you are right about this bug. It looks like in one place we forgot about check. Will be fixed in next release (next week).
Thank you for information about the problem
