HostMonitor with multiple NIC

HI,

My Hostmonitor box have 2 NIC, on on 192.168.x.x and the other on 10.1.x.x. I think it only listen for RMA on the 192.168 ... All RMA in 192.168 are found with the manager but the RMA in 10.1 can't be found ...

Any idea ?

1) HostMonitor does not listen for connections from RMA. HostMonitor sends connection requests to the agents.
2) What exactly means "can't be found"? Does HostMonitor show "Connection error" when you try to connect to the agent? Then you should check routing table, firewall and antivirus settings (if you have any)
