Monitor Bandwith

Is it possible to monitor the Bandwith of a ADSL Line or a Leased Line?

Its impossible in current version, and I am not sure its possible in general case. In order to perform this test some program must be installed on remote side of network. And even this will not guarantee precise result because other systems/programs can transfer data in the time of test execution.
I think better use SNMP test to retrieve estimate bandwidth value from some router in the network.
