I have configured HM to write to log every time a test fails as well as the time it comes back to ok state. If i use Log analyzer to generate reports of a period,
e.g. for month september 01-09 to 30-09
a test fails once, on the 15-09 and for 24 hours (00.00 to 23.59)
What will Log analyzer report for the test? Will it report "for a time of 30 days, success ration was 29/30"? Or will it report "for a period of 15 days (from 15-09 -which was the time the entry was recorded in the log- to the 30-09) the success rate was 14/15"?
If Log Analyzer finds just 1 record, it will not show any useful statistics. If you need compact log files and you do not want to use "Full" or "Reply" logging mode, I would recommend "Midnight" logging mode.
