As you know, I’ve been using HostMonitor for some years now and I updated to the latest version and I really love your tool. Keep up your “beyond expectations” work!
We use the reporting (logs) capability of HostMonitor to produce proofs of services uptimes in our quotes to new customers and our downtime for maintenance on our dev servers have been reduced A LOT due to good monitoring.
In my office I use the web service to display 24/7 tests for every locations we are in (Montreal-Quebec, Toronto-Ontario, Paris-France, Chicago-USA...), on as many monitors. This is a super tool for me! I see the whole corporation status in a glance.
I have a dream that one day (say it like Martin Luther King would! lol); all companies will produce software that runs as smoothly and perfectly as yours.
Concerning support... Well I have never seen a company with a quicker / more effective response!
...Makes me feel like you really want to make sure that no one could be able to say a bad word about your work!You should teach programming or write books! (I would by it for sure!)
