Sure. HostMonitor is able to monitor SAN and NAS devices.

It depends on your network configuration. RMA is used to monitor remote network, so if your SAN device is sutuated in the same network with HostMonitor you do not need to use RMA.

Can we monitored everything through RMA what is specified on the hostmonitor website when we're speaking about the Sanrad?
Is it also possible to monitor the storage cabinets connected to the sanrad with hostmonitor?

I think, sanrad provides necessary interfaces to monitor connected cabinets, and you may monitor them with hostmonitor. Or do you want to monitor them directly?
