File Change

Is there a test to see if a file has changed in the last x minutes (or since the last test). I need to get an alert if the file has NOT changed. I can do this by looking at the time stamp or size. I don't care about the size of the file or what the change actually was, only if it has not changed. I cannot find a test that seems to do that.

Use "Folder/File Availability" test method with "Alert when file doesn't exist or older than N min" option
