Problems with HM Webservice

I am running HM webservice ver 2.52.
I cannot log on locally or remotely to the webservice. I have tried with the app and the service either way I am prompted for credentials but none of the accounts I have set up work. The error I get is:

Error #401: Unauthorized

Access restricted.


Server is Windows 2003 Standard Sp1.

When I try to connect I see the active connection change but cannot get in. What am I missing?

I did set up several accounts and can connect to all of them using RCC. It is just the web piece that is not working.

Web Service is started on the same system where you have tried RCC? Web Service and HostMonitor running on the same system?
Could you send several screen shots to support@ks-soft.net?
