tests not refreshing or checking after the 14th

i am using version3.71 and on march 14th all tests stoped testing. or refreshing even if I do a manual refresh it does not work please help.

If you stopped monitoring, start it again - click "start" button on toolbar

one question though! how did that get switched I am the only one that has access to host monitor and it runs as a service and I have not opened the interface for a couple of months

I don't know. HostMonitor does not stop monitoring by itself... unless you are using StopMonitor command in HMScript action.
Also check "Start/stop" option on Startup page in the Options dialog
