Run H.M. as Service - Password problem

Trying to start H.M. as Service, using key /installService

In H.M. option\Startup\Service using admin. user account
But, then i try to start service in event log i can see:

Event ID: 1002
Cannot logon as user "administrator". Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

Password & account correct. Try to use "domainName\accountName" or "accountname@domainName" Same result.

I think you should try following steps:
1. Open Services Applet
2. Scroll down to KS Advanced Hos Monitor Service
3. Right Click on it and select "Properties" item.
4. Go on TAB "Log On" and try set up account "This Account" area.

2. Scroll down to KS Advanced Hos Monitor Service
3. Right Click on it and select "Properties" item.
4. Go on TAB "Log On" NOT USING "This Account" area.
5. Select Log on Local System Account

in event log:

Logged on as user "domainname\administrator"
