Running a batch file using scheduler

Post by dkurfurst »

I am trying to have a batch file run at a specific time of the day but I am having no luck. I set up the action profile correctly and scheduled the job to run every five minute but nothing happens. If I put the comant thats in the batrch file on the command line it executes. I have the following in the command line c:\batchfile.bat - but will not run. What do I need to do to get a batch file to run?

First, check system log file (specified on Advanced Logs page in the Options dialog). Any error messages there?
If no errors, please send actions.lst and hostmon.ini file to us (support@ks-soft.net)

I went in and deleted the log file and then went bac and tried runing the schedule again and it semed to work? very strange. I am going to keep an eye on this one. Thanks for the help.
