All questions related to installations, configurations and maintenance of Advanced Host Monitor (including additional tools such as RMA for Windows, RMA Manager, Web Servie, RCC).
I have a net configured in my main location that uses 172.20.0.x with a subnet 255.255.248.0 leaving me a posibillity of using ei. 172.20.1.x to some main equipment (switches). 172.20.3.x is my clients and 172.20.0.x is my servers ect. The subnetting leaves me about 1.000 IP addr. totally on the location.
I just moved my switches to 172.20.1.10-13... (former 172.20.0.5-9) changed the IP addr. on the ping test in HM and to my big supprise HM failed with a general error (Microsoft send - don't send message). Right now I just disabled the tests and everything works again.
My HM machine is on IP 172.20.0.60 - is a XP and everything works fine (exept this)
I have no problem pinging the IP 172.20.1.10 from a command line.
Please forget it. I have just reconfigured my routers to EIGRP instead of static routing - i think it's was a routing failure that return an unusual answer.
