Please Help with HM Web Services

Hi Everyone,
I am having a problem. We are trying to setup the HM Web Services. I have gone through the setup on the website and I get the login page, but I put in my username and password and it doesnt work. I can get a connection using the Remote Viewer, but for some reason, i cannot get it to work with the web services.

Any help would be greatly apprecaited.

You should go to HM > Options > RCI and create new user or adjust existing user there. Click on button "User Profiles", pls.

Thanks, I have created a user, it is the one that I use with the Remote Client, but I can't get it to work with the web client. Any thoughts? Thanks

What is "Remote Viewer"? Do you mean "Remote Control Console - RCC"?

If RCC connects to HostMonitor but Web Service cannot, most likely you forgot to add address of the system where Web Service is running to "Accept remote connections from" list in User Profiles dialog.
