Yes, I meant related to Timeouts. Seems you can only set for Passive and not active. Thanks for clarification on the links.
I've sent you some screenshots. Hope this clarifies things.

Alex, Sorry, I meant RMA Setup v.3.74. The version of The Active Remote Monitoring Agent is 4.08. I believe all versions were installed from the same package. Yes, I believe this is from the Active Agent. I will capture the Configuration snapshots and see if I can email them to you, as I'm not sure ...

Alex, Thanks for your reply. We are using Active RMA Agents. This does not have the timeout setting from what I can see. The Network Engineer I'm working with, reviewed Active versus Passive and initially felt Active was what we should use. Does this make sense for the CPU Usage Tests? Can you have ...

CPU Usage periodically comes up with "RMA: 301 Error&qu
We keep getting a "RMA: 301 - Cannot retrieve data" while using the CPU Usage Test for a couple of new servers. This comes up quite frequently and we end up getting false notifications. We don't see this with other servers we are also monitoring. These new servers are Dell PE R710. They ea...

Alex, Thanks for the replay and great support of your product. We are using Integrated Windows Authentication/Kerberos with SharePoint. I do see it does have Basic Authentication Possible, but that is not desirable on our end. So, that would lead me to believe that HM url test method won't be able t...

URL Test or HTTP Test Does not work with SharePoint
I'm trying to get either a URL Test Method or HTTP Test Method to verify my SharePoint Foundation Site is up and running. We are using Windows Authentication. HostMonitor is on one domain, SharePoint on another. Hostmonitor is currently running as a Local System Account. From the server that HM is o...

Yes, I am. I got it now. I was thinking like windows, they get saved off. Not that they are from actual tests. We moved over a bunch of tests to the new version. We are changing the logins, but having the old one come up make for extra effort. But I can see why you are going from what is defined now...

I'm using RCC. Updating an ODBC Test Method. In the Data Source there are old/unused datasource names. Also in login, there are old logins. Both of these are List of Values that would like to be able to remove the old ones so I don't have to keep picking over them for the correct ones. Wondering how...

Clear Saved Defaults for Data Source and Login
We've changed some datasources and logins. I'm using RCC and the old ones remain as defaults. I can't seem to find where these are stored. I looked in the C:\Users\xxuser\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\HostMonitor8 and the C:\Program Files\HostMonitor8, but can't seem to find where this is...

Alex, Couldn't find in forum or documentation. Is it possible to use a calculation with a macro. I'm trying to monitor a log file that has MMDDYY.log. But this log file is created at 4 am for the previous day. So I would need to be able to be something like %MM(DD-1)YY%.log. Is there anyway to accom...

This situation is very perplexing. On this machine Internet Explorer/Browser is not even loaded. Can't seem to pinpoint what is creating these temp files. I have looked through all the log file settings and nothing is pointing to this directory or file extension. Something is creating 12 16 MB files...
