We have just purchased the new version of Advanced Hostmon should the blacklist be removed when we install this with a valid serial?

We did licence under Eastbourne College and were unware that this had happened :oops: For this we are sorry. However I did email over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any acknowledgement from KS-Soft support or sales.

I have contacted sales and support several times and have yet to have an acknowedgement.
