I got it to work with MXToolBox!!!!
I basically used HTTP, POST, Post Data I put my server(s) IP address, and Check Content - Shouldn't Contain: LISTED
It works great!!!

Hi, I am a network admin for an Exchange hosting firm. We love Host Monitor to monitor all of our internal devices.
