Problem with UNC-test
Hi! Since yesterday we are using UNC-test to survey our important shares on the LAN. The test is configured to check every 5 minutes if a share is down or not. There were no problems but one thing. We got a mail timestamped at 06:52 pm with bad status. Another mail was sent at 06:57 pm with good sta...

Negative Alive time??
Hi I setted up some ping tests in HM. Lately, I got a mail from HM triggered by an alarm that says that a certain server went up. That´s not my problem but it says that the server has been down for 42 days. That is not true. In the log analyzer the server was down since 6 days. How can that be? Furt...

Hi! I have setted up some tests that survey the cpu performances of some servers. How do I have to configure the test so that an alert is triggered only if CPU usage is at least 5 minutes over a certain value (e.g. 80%)? I think if I test every 5 minutes it will not be the same as I actually want to...

AHM start options

So one always have to stop either monitoring in the application or stop running the service. So here´s my ques...

Can I use macro variables in line "Related URL"??
Is it possible? Or can I only use macro variables in action profiles?
Maybe AHM is able to read out system variables?
Thanks for reply!

Action profiles
Is there an option to use parameters in mail action profiles? I created a huge list of ping tests for several servers. If they don´t reply a mail should be generated and sent out. But I don´t want to create an action profile for each server. It would be great if Host Monitor reads for example the co...

Problem with configuring user profiles
Hi,
i´ve got a problem with setting up the user profiles. In detail, there´s no option to add or remove IP adresses under "Accept remote connections from".
Could you help?

Advanced Host Monitor = 4.10
Best regards
