Folder time zone setting

Hi Alex, What is the current status of this item? Time zone differences are adding a worsening evel of complexity as I fine tune test scheduling for a narrow window. It's bad enough that time of tests of Event Log entries do not include the hosts local time but only the local hostmonitor's time. If ...

Folder time zone setting

Hi Alex, This is something for the wish list. If this capability is already in the program I haven't found it yet. I monitor over 30 computers that are all in a different time zone (1 other time zone) than my local Server on which HostMonitor is running. It would be nice to be able to set the time z...

I was just going to ask the same question. I see the color of the taskbar icon is no longer blue and the message window describing the alarm as timed out and disappeared. Now have to look through all the test to see the one needed attention. I'm thinking that the text color of the folder(s) in which...

I'm using 3 simultaneous VPN connections to 3 separate client's Win2k Servers. I've had to work a bit to keep the IP addresses from conflicting, but so far so good. From time to time 1 client's VPN connection stops working. It doesn't disconnect, just stops communication across it. When a specific t...

Alex, I was using a 1995 Micronics Twister ATX motherboard. On this motherboard Hostmon would quite with the error from time to time. I also have another computer with an even older Pentuim 200 Micronics motherboard, on which Hostmon runs just fine. So, you're right, it seems to be a problem only on...

OKAY NOW.

I've build a new computer with a more recent motherboard.

Hostmonitor runs consistently and doesn't stop by itself.

Now I have a spare computer (old one).

Can't wait any longer for a fix on this.
I'm giving up. I've ordered another motherboard in hopes the same trouble won't occur with different hardware.

Wish me luck!!

Thanks for your work on this trouble so far, and for your work on Hostmon. It's a great program.

Just for fun I disabled pcAnywhere from waiting for a connection. Hostmon has not stopped since - 9hrs straight now. pcAnywhere is still installed, just not waiting for a connection. So, it may not be Norton AntiVirus but something related to it such as, Live Update or a DLL that comes with both Ant...

Well, Hostmon began to stop on its own after 24 hrs running non-stop. Except for me having to clear the Un-Registered window. Still no AntiVirus of any kind ever installed. Here's are the DrWatson errors: The application, , generated an application error The error occurred on 05/29/2002 @ 15:39:26.0...

More on this. I removed Windows 2K Pro, and re-formatted and installed Windows XP Pro. Hostmon has been running for over 12 hrs without stopping on its own. This tends to eliminate the computer hardware which is not Pentium Pro anyway. It is just a Pentium 233 Micronics Twister. Next I'll re-format ...

Yes, version 3.12 beta quits on me too. It occurs about the time the Not-Registered window would appear. I have only 17 test currently running under Win2k pro. I had the same version running on another computer on which this didn't happen. When I installed it on the current computer it quits out-rig...
