i have some performance counter tests
since yesterday all of these performance counter do not work any more
all other tests are fine

i did some windows updates and after that they don't work any more
all are active RMA tests

in the eventlog i sometimes see that the system is low on resources?

is there a way to count or measuere them ?

Yes i looked at ALL logs but nothing is there.
