Thanks Alex for pointing this out. I checked everything from the RMA Manager and from the active RMA setup. I got the same error and found: I forgot to add the ip address of the new active agent in the hostmonitor application, options, Active RMA tab under accepted connections from the following IP addresses! For the wishlist: The ability to control the Active RMA Server settings also from the RMA Manager...
