I know this is a really old post, but its the only one I can find that pertains to my problem, and given that it is this much later, i assume the new builds should have these fixes built into the code. Unforunately, however, we are still experiencing the same issues. Tests will come back as RMA not ...

Any idea what could cause that? Also, this test is supposed to run every couple minutes, but if I dont do anyth...

I don't want to hijack this thread, but in the interest of getting a resolution for both of us, here are our details. The issue has occurred on several different environments. All use active RMA. Here is one example of what happens when the issue occurs: Test: server.domain.local C Drive Method: Dri...

I'm experiencing the same issue occasionally... What is strange, is we will sometimes have several tests that are performed by one agent, and one test will time out and show unknown and the other will show up as OK. I'm kind of lost on it, the only thing I can think of is to play around with the set...

yeah, eventually I figured that out, however i had mentioned it in the original post and asked if that was what was causing it, but never received confirmation on it. The tests seem to be running according to schedule now that we have the license installed. I have some other issues, but I will start...

Check mount status of exchange 2003 mailbox database
This vbs script can be used in conjunction with the external program test from host monitor to check the mount status of an exchange 2003 mailbox database. Save the file somewhere on the RMA server. in HM, set up the test as follows (substitute things in []'s for your environment): Method = External...
