I've tried to the steps ,but still had malfunctioned,every test based WMI did`not finish. The error message is "cannot retrieve service list from x.x.x.x", "Access is denied"

I can connect remote host with WMI explorer start from start menu (click start - program - HostMonitor - WMI Explorer), but it cannot work popup from WMI test adding form. The error message is "Access Denied".

While creating WMI test, how to appoint user name and password used for connecting the remote host ?
