There is a setting under: options / Behavior: Don't start more than: XX test per second. What it the value there? [Edit] ops.. It's a bit old thread, but I don't know if that wa...

I suggest, you log in with the account who is running the RMA agent. And try to run locally the vbscript. Then it will be easier to debug what permission is missing to run the script. It could be that the system is trying to run the script with cscript instead of wscript, or the other way around.

Do you have installed Microsoft Windows Search 4.0? May be it leads to some problems... we are not sure yet. Regards Alex Hi Alex, No, we don't use Windows search. We have changed how we log into MS-SQL, and that stabilized the system more or less. We still have some hanging, but it's like 1-2x a d...

So, we return to begining? :( What about ODBC and antivirus monitor? Currently we move away all the ODBC queries which where running from hostmon to agents. I ...

Hi Alex,

Unfortunately It was only a short victory. The system is freezing again, with no active agents. I have removed all agents. Using only passive at the moment.

Jozsef

Oh, you restart HostMonitor service.. Yes, in such case it may set "Unknown" status. Probably you are right, we should implement some delay for Active RMA in such case as well. I have added task into "to do" list. Regards Alex Thanks Alex, Have a nice weekend! ps: one of my coll...

I don't think HostMonitor can report "RMA: Connection error" for Active RMA. Such message can be used for Passive agent only. HostMonitor should display message like "RMA not connected" for Active RMA Sorry, I was writing from my head. The error message is: Unknown RMA not conne...
