Max, I believe everything is setup. The guy that left set it all up, except, we are not getting our daily test messages that are triggered each morning to let us know everything is up and running.... I am brand new to this software - inheriting it from a past employee. I have and am still going through the help files but for whatever reason, it's not clicking.... It was apparently configured to send a a bad (test) email to the team, and then a "good" email to let the team know that it'...
